Hi everybody!
In today´s post, we are going to explain how to comunicate with people from other countries and how to manage a situation when we are abroad. Normal situations that can happen when we are on holidays.
We hope you like it😋
First of all, we will review the greetings, the farewells and the permission vocabulary, some ways to introduce yourself and get to know each other and the addresses and places in the city or town.
If you click here you will be redirected to a page where you can learn and review this vocabulary.
Also, we upload two examples of a typical conversation in the airport and asking for directions, so you can practice at home or with your friends, like a little theatre.🗯
Enjoy your time learning english and remember to put it on practice if you go on holidays!

A-Hi there, How can I help you?

A- Okay. Do you want a sit next to the window?
B- Yeah, it would be perfect.
A- May I have your passport, please?

A – Excuse me, sir?
B – Yes?
A –Hi, I’m a tourist. Could you help me with directions, please?
B- Yes, of course. What do you like to know?
A- How do I get to the post office?
B – Okay, let me think… You should go straight forward till the hotel and then turn left onto Main Street. Go one block and turn right. It's across from the train station.
A – Thank you so much. Also, where is the apple’s pie famous restaurant?
B- Oh yes! You should definitely go there. It’s between the hotel and the bank. The apple pie is delicious!!
A- Okay, thank you so much for your help!
B- Your welcome, enjoy Boston!!
